💻 Ordering Session

After your photoshoot, we’ll schedule a date to meet at my studio to view your images.
This is when you’ll choose your favorite images and select your print/package purchase.
You’ll receive a package list to review ahead of time. (please see below)

Payment Options

All packages can be paid in full or broken into payments.
Online checkout available via PayPal, Klarna, or Afterpay for flexible financing.

Products & Digitals

Purchase a package first, then you can add extra products à la carte anytime.
Every printed image purchased includes the matching digital file.
You will also receive up to a 20% discount on items purchased after your package.

1. Expectations for ICON Team Members

As an ICON Model, I agree to:

Uphold a positive image on and offline. This includes representing myself, my peers, and Heidi Lynn Photography with respect and kindness.
Participate in my scheduled individual session and attend as many group/team shoots as possible. (Team shoots are not mandatory but highly encouraged.)
Communicate promptly about scheduling conflicts, questions, or concerns.
Promote Heidi Lynn Photography by sharing images, tagging @HeidiLynnPhotography, and crediting the photographer when posting.

2. Social Media & Promotional Use

By joining the ICON Team, I grant Heidi Lynn Photography the right to:

Use any images and/or video from my sessions for promotional purposes (including but not limited to social media, website, print, advertisements, and portfolio).
Tag and/or mention me in social media posts when featuring my images.
Use my first name and school name in promotional materials.

3. Image Usage for Models

Images provided to me by Heidi Lynn Photography may be used for personal social media and printing purposes only.
I may not alter, edit, or apply filters to the professional images.
I may not use images for commercial purposes, sell them, or submit them to contests without written permission from Heidi Lynn Photography.

4. Financial Terms

My individual session is free as part of the ICON Team, but all prints, products, and digital images must be purchased through Heidi Lynn Photography.
As an ICON Model, I commit to purchase one of the packages offered by Heidi Lynn Photography.
Packages are available for purchase after my ordering session, with flexible payment options via PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or custom arrangements.

5. Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment

I understand that as the parent/guardian of an ICON Model:

I will be present for my child’s interview and ordering session.
I consent to my child being photographed and featured in promotional materials for Heidi Lynn Photography.
I approve of their participation in both individual and group shoots.

6. Agreement & Signatures

By signing below, both model and parent/guardian agree to the above terms, expectations, and usage permissions.
